I am a fanatic surfer keen on travelling around Australia. Where are some good surfing spots? What sort of conditions should I expect? How high do the waves go?

For what I know the northern part has pretty high waves 3-4m lots of guts surf at Bondi if your in Sydney and around Wollongong sort of area. Hope helps? Cheers
